When you contact me, I use your name, contact details and information you provide to respond and discuss working together. My lawful basis is my legitimate interest in managing business enquiries, or taking steps towards a contract where applicable.

Website and service providers
Squarespace hosts this website and processes technical information, including IP addresses and browser details, to operate and secure it. I use Google Workspace and Microsoft Outlook for email.

Newsletter
If you subscribe to The Consult through Substack, I use your email address to send the newsletter with your consent. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in each email. Substack also processes information under its own privacy policy.

Retention
I keep information for as long as needed to handle your enquiry or our working relationship, and to meet applicable legal and record-keeping requirements.
